To All Prospective Candidates,

We want you to understand what is involved with our selection process as well as what is involved in terms of your time to participate.

Our selection process consists of a total of 4 assessments and 2-3 short phone conversations that all together will require about 2 hours of your time. Candidates will be informed whether they have qualified for the next step. All responses will be held in confidence.

All the assessments require web access to take the assessments online. You will receive an invitation via email explaining the assessment process, as well as your User ID and Password to access the online assessments. The time needed to complete each assessment ranges from 5 to 60 minutes.

Upon successful completion of the assessments phase of the process, a technical skill test may be given for the position. This testing is conducted at our office in Indian Creek next to Vernon Hills. The time required to complete these tests is between 1-2 hours depending on the position.

The final phase of the selection process is an interview with Architerra Inc. management requiring 2 to 3 hours in total of your time.
