With our landscaping and hardscaping contractors, here at Architerra, a full-service contract is (1) spring cleanup visit, (28) weekly visits, (2) new growth trimming visits, (2) fall clean up visits.

• Spring cleanup: Perform initial mowing of all turf areas to ensure all winter debris removal, blow all debris from landscape beds, and turf areas, redefine all landscape bed edges, remove weeds as needed, cut back perennials according to horticultural guidelines, power blow all hard surfaces, and haul all debris from site.
• Maintenance: Mow and trim areas weekly (frequency may vary according to growth rate) to a height of 2"-3" with no more than 1/3 of the grass blade removed: remove excess grass clippings where needed.
• Perform weeding, cultivation, and edging in plant beds, and tree rings as needed to maintain a neat appearance. 
• Trimming: Two times per season (Early Summer and Late Summer): Trim new growth from groundcover, deciduous, evergreen and broadleaf shrubs.
• Fall Cleanup Services: Fall Cleanup Services Include: Perform leaf removal from all turf areas and landscape beds, cut back perennials according to horticultural guidelines, and perform final mowing services. Fall cleanup services are performed as needed during October weekly maintenance and two times during the month of November.
